Job Title: Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve or reject loan applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, and investment
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Interview loan applicants, assessing their financial status, references, and creditworthiness
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, providing access to automated banking services
  • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts, ensuring timely resolution
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services, identifying and soliciting potential clients
  • Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, and credit history
  • Review and update credit and loan files, maintaining accurate records
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management, ensuring timely processing
Requirements:
  • Certified Credit Professional (CCP) Designation
  • Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) Accreditation
  • Criminal record check
