About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Cayden's Premier Care Home Inc. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to our residents.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a care-related field is an asset.
