About the Role

Fastrack Glass Ltd. is seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Repair Specialist to join our team. As an Automotive Glass Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing windshields, windows, and sunroofs on various vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose glass damage to determine the best course of repair or replacement.
  • Use specialized equipment to remove and replace windshields, windows, and sunroofs.
  • Repair or replace damaged glass components, including mirrors and trim.
  • Apply primers and paint to restore original appearance.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and materials.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required.
