Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Brothers Inn Motel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations.
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
