About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead our industrial electrification projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating engineering activities, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate engineering activities for industrial electrification projects, including the design and installation of electrical systems, control rooms, and HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare technical specifications, equipment layouts, and cable routing plans.
  • Conduct technical studies, including short-circuit, load flow, protection coordination, and arc flash analysis.
  • Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical systems in industrial sites.
  • Develop cost estimates and project schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial electrification projects.
  • Member of OIQ (or P.Eng. from other Canadian provinces).
  • Knowledge of electrical standards (ANSI, CSA, IEEE, UL, etc.).
  • Proficiency in software such as ETAP, SKM, ACAD, SmartPlant, or Microstation.
  • Bilingual: English, French (asset).
