Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tractor Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural equipment team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of tractors and other farm equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with tractors and other farm equipment.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Order parts and maintain inventory of spare parts.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in tractor maintenance and repair.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.
