About the Role

This role is within the Business Systems team, which has the mandate to deliver strategic projects for the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Training and Professional Services, and Tech Support teams. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager in the execution of the project lifecycle, including coordination and completion of documentation, test plans, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in sprint planning activities to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives.
  2. Capture issues and actions from team calls to ensure timely resolution.
  3. Participate in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  4. Manage issue logs to resolution, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  5. Summarize project findings into business language to ensure stakeholders understand project outcomes.
  6. Learn core business applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira) to enhance project delivery.
