Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Mid-Market Transformation Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the program's objectives, aligning with our business case, OKRs, and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy for the mid-market segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading transformation programs and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
