About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Execution: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
Work Environment

As a Bakery Production Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
