Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Associate to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Lot Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the presentation and maintenance of our inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and working effectively with our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present vehicles in a clean and well-maintained condition, ensuring they are ready for delivery or display.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the lot, including signage, vehicle movement, and tracking.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering vehicles in excellent condition.
  • Transport customers, parts, and paperwork as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Product Advisors to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Wash vehicles after service to maintain a high level of presentation.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and high quality control standards.
  • Ability to work effectively against deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable with lifting heavy loads as required.
  • Valid British Columbia Driver's License and ability to present a current copy of your driver's abstract.
