We are seeking an experienced High-Rise Site Superintendent to lead our upcoming project. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale residential developments.
About the Role:As the leader of the Project Site Team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all on-site construction activities daily.
- Enforcing company and project policies to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the design, budget, and schedule.
- Leading productivity issues and monitoring work performance and efficiency of employees and Trade Contractors to ensure project plans and schedule are followed and project is executed effectively and within budget.
- Attending required construction meetings with consultants and Trade Contractors.
- Ensuring construction compliance with design requirements, project materials, and workmanship meet the Project Quality Standards.
- Ensuring compliance with project construction schedule, budgets, and assuming responsibility for the commissioning & occupancy of the project.
- Implementing Dunpars safety program, including integrating the Dunpar safety program into all site plans and procedures and adhering to all safety and record-keeping requirements.
- Developing and managing resource-loaded three-week lookahead schedules.
- Reviewing and understanding the contracts and developing plans that identify and mitigate risk and maximize opportunities to ensure that all budgets are met.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Current Position: High-Rise Site Superintendent
- Experience: Minimum of 2 full project cycles as the Main/Head Site Super, including expertise in shoring, formwork, envelope, M&E, finishing, and occupancy phases.
- Background: Previous experience working directly for a developer is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Safety, schedule, and quality-focused.
- Highly organized with strong planning and scheduling abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Technology: Proficient with iPads and Procore, tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools.
We offer:
- Salary Range: $180,000+
- Bonuses: Up to 10% yearly bonus + Project Completion Bonus (negotiable)
