Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Intern to join our team in the Greater Edmonton area. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations, marketing, and clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing communication materials to promote health and wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Work directly with the public in selected clinical programs under the supervision of a pharmacist.
  • Support and implement care plans, vaccination services, and chronic disease management programs.
  • Support the day-to-day pharmacy retail operations and clinical stores at select retail pharmacy locations.
  • Coordinate and participate in community and in-store health promotional events.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Faculty of Pharmacy at an accredited University and completed your 2nd or 3rd year of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft desktop applications.
  • Kroll computer system experience.
  • A good knowledge base of pharmaceutical topics, including chronic diseases and vaccinations.
  • The ability to travel frequently throughout your assigned region.
