Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Home Support Worker to provide essential assistance to clients in their homes. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for individuals, particularly the elderly and females, by delivering compassionate care and support.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (not a condition of employment).
  • Work is conducted in the employer's or client's home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care.
  • Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene tasks.
  • Support clients in regular exercise, such as walking.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, including cooking.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Plan and implement therapeutic diets and menus.
Target Audience

This position primarily focuses on providing care for the elderly and female clients.

A basic security clearance is required for this role.
