We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team at 2619418 Ontario Ltd. as a Flooring Installation Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality flooring solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered, measure and mark them accurately to ensure a precise fit.
  • Plan and Schedule Installations: Prepare flooring plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient installations.
  • Install Flooring Solutions: Measure, cut, and install carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors to the highest standards.
  • Inspect and Repair Damaged Flooring: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Prepare Floors for Installation: Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants, and prepare floors for new installations.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working on your feet for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling to install flooring solutions.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
