Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Appliance Parts Specialist to join our team at Atlas Appliances. As a key member of our Parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless communication with our Service Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell products and provide excellent service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Control inventory, placing orders to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Parts Coordination: Provide Service Technicians with parts as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Record all sales and/or customer transactions, process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required.
  • Communication: Verify receiving documents and support with Shipper/Receiver duties, follow up on shortages and expedite to Management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of related parts experience.
  • Skills: Good verbal communication skills, strong listening skills, ability to interpret customer needs, basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
