Key Responsibilities- Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner, providing a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product information, locate merchandise, and make purchase decisions to meet their needs.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized salesfloor by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up product displays.
- Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and identify high-shrink items to maintain a safe work environment.
- Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
- Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
