We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Leo Transport Ltd.
Job Summary:The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access, as well as Simply Accounting.
- Area of Specialization: Accounting
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and time management.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
