Job Title: Child Care Live-In Caregiver

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Jennifer Angeli Buizon. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to our children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
  • Engage in activities such as games, outings, and educational programs to promote their cognitive and social development.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes regular check-ins with parents to ensure seamless communication and care.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, health information, and any notable events.
  • Collaborate with parents to develop and implement strategies for promoting the children's emotional well-being and social development.
  • Provide support with homework and educational activities to ensure the children's academic success.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss the children's progress, share best practices, and address any concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least 1 month of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
