Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor at Bravo Cleaning Service. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning team as needed.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of work activities.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- On-the-Road Job: This role requires frequent travel to various locations to inspect sites and facilities.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
