About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Torbill Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling accounts, preparing trial balances, and processing financial transactions.
  • Database Management: Utilize database software to manage and maintain financial data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office, as well as database software and Yardi system.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
