Shift Manager

AIMS 2 HOLDINGS INC is seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality control in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Supervision: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that all team members are working together to achieve our goals.
- Quality Control: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Leadership: Establish work schedules, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate
- Transportation: Valid driver's licence, own transportation
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player
- Work Type: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
