Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Portion and wrap foods to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards.
- Keep records of food quantities used to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Inventory Management
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Restock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Service
- Take customers' orders and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet customer demands.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Language
- Pampanga; Kapampangan language skills are an asset.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications
- Food Safety Certificate
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Food Service worker certificate
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
