We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Category 12 Brewing Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Operations
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized kitchen environment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Menu Development and Planning
- Create new recipes and menu items that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to our customers.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
- Education and Certifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
