About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Deol Drywall Ltd. as a Wall Decor Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Work Setting: Work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings, and adapt to changing work environments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
Work Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
