Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological services to children, adolescents, and families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Current registration with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
