Mission
Ensures the organization and operation of the shop and guarantees the reliability, availability and optimization of the equipment fleet for execution of jobs.
Main Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the shop (expenses, repair quality, safety, and personnel)
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff to ensure that personnel are adhering to standard operating, safety procedures, and company policies
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and programs to improve safety, productivity, and efficiencies
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Ensure timely completion of repairs
- Guarantee the fleet meets corporate appearance standards
- Diagnose and rectify faults
- Perform other duties as assigned
A mechanical background is considered an asset. Computer knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
