Job Title: Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Goldenhome Cabinetry Eastern Canada Inc.

Job Summary

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control. The successful candidate will also prepare financial statements and reports, develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures, and provide financial, business, and tax advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Provide financial, business, and tax advice to management and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Examine accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
