Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team at Circle Medical Technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the product life cycle from discovery to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact and consumer insights.
- Break down strategies and features into actionable user stories for the development team.
- Align product strategy with OKRs and communicate progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive product development.
- Lead a data-driven development process, leveraging user research and analytics to inform decisions.
- Communicate product releases and their impact to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly design and launch MVPs to validate hypotheses.
- Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Ability to prioritize resources and lead them for maximum impact.
- Ability to estimate, deliver, and measure impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 5 years of work experience and 3+ years as a product manager in B2C software.
- Demonstrated impact in one or more of the following areas: consumer web apps, electronic medical records, support, and/or infrastructure.
- Experience with healthcare or wellness.
- Familiarity with development tools like Figma and GitHub.
- Proven track record with other startups or VC-funded companies.
- Strong technical skills including SQL.
- Strong Product Design or User-Experience Design skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $128,000 to $154,000, plus generous vacation, and full medical/dental benefits.
