Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Leadership: Manage a team of functional experts to execute corporate strategies, drive process improvements, and optimize operational performance.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with sales management to drive commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal sales efforts to achieve targeted growth objectives.
  • Safety and Compliance: Oversee effective safety and accident prevention programs to ensure compliance with environmental, operating, regulatory, safety, accounting, and ethics standards.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance and talent development, including building and maintaining strong relationships with government, community, and environmental groups.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or Business; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management responsibility in the environmental services industry.
  • Skills: Business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills; ability to optimize near-term results that contribute to long-term sustainable success.
