Job Summary
Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team of rehabilitation professionals. As a Massage Therapist - Physiotherapy Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve optimal health and well-being through the delivery of high-quality massage therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on manipulation to the body's tissues, including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints, to help decrease pain and improve mobility.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Network to promote Lifemark's RMT programs and services.
Requirements
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Registered Massage Therapists.
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is a strong asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
