Job Title: Acupuncture Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Acupuncture Assistant to join our team at Trinity Healing Center.

Job Summary:

The Acupuncture Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our acupuncture services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment planning
  • Set up and maintain equipment, including sterilization and cleaning
  • Collect and maintain accurate statistics and records
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and organization
  • Perform general clerical duties, including scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas
  • Process files and paperwork, including client information and medical records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acupuncture or traditional Chinese medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and manual dexterity
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a private practice setting, with occasional exposure to patients and their medical information
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Repetitive tasks and physical demands may be required
