Position Overview:
Truck Driver

Trubright Transportation Services is seeking a committed and trustworthy Truck Driver to become a vital part of our workforce. In this role, you will be tasked with the responsibility of delivering goods and materials to various destinations. This is a full-time opportunity with a work schedule ranging from 35 to 45 hours per week. Candidates with prior experience in the transportation sector and the necessary certifications are encouraged to consider this position.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education
  • Possession of a valid AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement required
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement necessary
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A) is mandatory
  • Experience of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team or operate in a convoy
  • Secure all necessary permits and documentation
  • Safely operate and drive trucks
  • Conduct inspections and maintain the vehicle
  • Handle payments for goods received
  • Perform emergency repairs as needed
  • Document cargo details and fuel usage
Work Conditions:
  • Engagement in local, long-haul, national, provincial/territorial, regional, and short-haul travel
  • Required tools include a cellular phone and steel-toed safety boots
