Job Summary:

Myrowich Staffing Agency is seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Adjust equipment to specifications, and perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and performing other maintenance work.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Order and purchase required parts and shop supplies.
  • Perform repair work on heavy trucks and service attachments and working tools.
  • Weld steel components using electric arc and/or MIG welding techniques.
  • Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment and farm vehicles.

Requirements:

  • The ability and willingness to learn English.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to properly follow instructions given.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team-setting and communicate effectively.
  • Wear steel-toed safety boots and other PPE as required.
  • Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods, as well as manual dexterity and the ability to handle up to 100 lbs.
