Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products such as fences, decks, and railings, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Install interior prefabricated products including partitions, walls, and other interior features, requiring attention to detail and precision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs and concerns.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products as needed, using hand and power tools to maintain and restore products to their original condition.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for complex projects, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment and smooth project management.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precise measurements and accurate placement of products.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely, following manufacturer instructions and company protocols.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles and transport equipment and supplies.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations and accurate documentation.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, such as construction, installation, or customer service.
  • Free parking available on site, making it convenient for employees to park and commute to work.
