About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at GURKHA CANADA CLEANING LTD. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
