About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team at The Apple Bin. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective harvesting of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Harvesting: Apply the technique of hoeing between the rows, clean the crops, and grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
  • Hand Harvesting: Pick row and orchard crops, and clean the work area to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a wet/damp environment, exposed to odors, and in hot temperatures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and hand-eye coordination are essential.
  • Work Conditions: 30 to 60 hours per week, with a permanent work term and English as the primary work language.
