Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of the retail environment, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Educational Requirements

This position is situated within a retail business setting, where the supervisor will manage various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills.
  • Authorize financial transactions, including cheque payments.
  • Manage inventory orders and merchandise returns.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, merchandising, and staffing.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Maintain organized inventory and oversee stock levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
Supervisory Scope

This role involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
