About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at RA SONI INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balance of books and other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, processing payments, and responding to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.

  • Accuracy: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
