Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel
    • Provide direction, training, and coaching to all branch staff
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the branch's profit and loss (P&L) statement, including budgets, expenses, and inventory
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Brand Ambassador
    • Represent Westburne as a brand ambassador, building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated supervisory and sales experience
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
