We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Labourer to join our team at KIKI NURSERY. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to horticulture, including cleaning crops, clearing brush, and assisting in pruning trees and shrubs.

• Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas.
• Greenhouse Operations: Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants, and perform greenhouse cleaning tasks.
• Soil Preparation: Mix and prepare soils, plant bulbs and seeds, and pot and re-pot plants.
• Transplantation: Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings, and assist in grafting activities.
• Watering and Tending: Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens, and report signs of insect or disease damage.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean work area, and assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Language: English.
• Transportation: Valid driver's licence, own transportation, and ability to travel to work site.
• Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Work Site Environment: Outdoors, non-smoking.
• Work Setting: Rural area, relocation costs not covered by employer.
