As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC systems in accordance with all relevant standards and regulations.

You will diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Additionally, you will perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components to extend equipment lifespan.

Furthermore, you will utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to effectively troubleshoot and address HVAC issues.

You will adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment and compliance with industry regulations.

Finally, you will keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment condition for documentation and reporting purposes.

To be successful in this role, you will require a valid HVAC technician license/Certificate.

You will also need a high school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC program or apprenticeship is preferred.

Proven experience as a licensed HVAC Technician, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting, is essential.

You will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and components.

Experience with service and maintenance of low pressure, gas fired boiler systems is also required.

Additionally, you will have experience with industrial plumbing maintenance.

You will be able to interpret technical documents, including blueprints, manuals, and specifications.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Finally, you will need physical fitness and the ability to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces and heights.

The pay range for this position in Ontario is expected to be between $83,164.12 and $107,678.03 per year.
