Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Professional to join our team at Westland Insurance. As an Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Building authentic client relationships comes naturally
- Master time manager, able to prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- Bonus: 6+ months of industry experience
