Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team at G-FORCE CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist in various aspects of construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling forms and scaffolding, and mixing and pouring materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment

As a Construction Trades Helper, you will work in various locations, including construction sites. You will be required to work in physically demanding conditions, with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Steel-toed safety boots
