Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in loading buspans and trays for service
  • Operate dishwashers to ensure cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Organize and place dishes in designated storage areas
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations
  • Maintain records of food usage
  • Package food for take-out orders
  • Portion and wrap food items appropriately
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items as directed
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients
  • Utilize manual and electrical appliances for food preparation tasks
