Job Summary

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Loyalty Management Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Loyalty Management Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical expertise to design and implement tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Loyalty Management features and best practices to ensure our solutions are always cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to win new clients.
  • Contribute to the development of our Salesforce Loyalty Management practice and help shape our strategy for growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce Loyalty Management solution, with specific skills in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and modifying Salesforce pages through both code and no-code solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex customization for new API integrations is essential.
  • Additional knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
