Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning the department to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate shopping experience for customers.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain high-quality merchandise and prevent inventory shrinkage.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent errors.
  • Maintaining features and keeping the area neat, clean, and organized to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
