Job Summary:
Charter Telecom is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network infrastructure solutions that meet our clients' business needs
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring high uptime and availability
- Collaborate with our clients' technical teams to identify and resolve network issues
- Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to protect our clients' networks from cyber threats
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our clients' network infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco technologies
- Professional-level Cisco certifications (CCNP) or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
