We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Farm Worker to join our team at Hillside Hothouse Ltd. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop maintenance, harvesting, and equipment operation.

• Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, cut agricultural crops, divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots, grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume.
• Harvesting: Harvest crops, hand harvesting vegetables, pack fruits and vegetables.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including forklifts and loaders.
• Cleaning and Organization: Clean work area, remove manually all suckers and water sprouts, tie and secure plants.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding.

• Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding.
• Transportation: Own transportation required.
