Information Governance Manager

Our organization is committed to delivering municipal services with accountability, fostering public trust, and addressing the community's requirements with integrity and respect. We are currently in search of an Information Governance Manager to design, execute, and sustain a thorough information and records management program for our municipality. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and enforcing records management policies and procedures
  • Educating staff on the records management system
  • Advising departments on records management challenges
  • Keeping abreast of legal changes in Open Records Laws
  • Adopting technological solutions for document management
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Records Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related discipline. Certification as a Certified Information/Records Manager (CRM) or Certified Archivist (CA) is preferred.
