About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at REMOTELY PILOTED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS OPERATIONS AND TRAINING CORPORATION. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and ensure that our solutions meet their business needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to our clients.
  • Conduct research into the mathematical basis of the science of statistics.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Tight deadlines and ability to manage repetitive tasks.
  • Business intelligence and ability to analyze data.
  • Development and ability to design and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Business process management and ability to improve business processes.
  • User experience design and ability to design user-friendly interfaces.
  • Aerospace and ability to work in a related field.
  • Testing and ability to conduct quality assurance reviews.
  • Aviation and ability to work in a related field.
  • Business methods analysis and ability to analyze business processes.
Working Conditions
